Outstanding great service!

I originally called Alltek to get a second opinion because another company that I found on Angis (so-called top 10 rated) wanted to replace the entire HVAC system….this would’ve cost over $5K!

So I decided to call Alltek, they were able to get experts on-site the next day, they were also able to quickly diagnose the true problems and get the repairs done quickly and professionally.

Calling Alltek saved me thousands of dollars and I am greatly appreciative of that!

From the initial call I knew I called a professional business, they were very polite and honest. They gave me a realistic time frame of 9-1300 and said that it would probably be closer to the 1300 mark. Not giving me false expectations. Gary showed up a little after noon and explained worked that needed to be done and realistic costs, he didn’t try to sell me on anything extra or go beyond on extra costs. He even offered a military discount which was respected. As he was doing the work he explained everything step by step and even took extra steps to ensure the same fault wouldn’t happen again. I would recommend Alltek Services to everyone I know. A very professional small business. They will have my business in the future for all my HVAC needs.

Had a inside and outside HVAC unit installed with new thermostat. Couldn’t be happier. They showed up on time every time. They completed the job in under 6 hrs which is an outstanding achievement in itself. Not mention the outside unit was completed in in a hard rain. I was impressed with all the work done and at a price so affordable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alltek.

Brent explained that our unit was larger than the original unit. It needs another intake vent for additional air flow. He took steps to improve this problem. The noise has been eliminated. I highly recommend Alltek Services

First time using Alltek to replace AC units inside and out of house. Competitive pricing. Hada quote to me the first day while other businesses were delayed. Aaron spent time to help describe some modifications/suggestions that needed to be made to put in the new unit to upgraded fashion- Very thankful for that. Good work Alltek!

Our A/C unit quit working on Sunday and just wasn't worth fixing (again), so I put in a few requests for people to contact me for a new unit. Less than a minute after I put in my request with Alltek, I got a call from Aaron saying he would be at our house at 8am on Monday! If you act like you want my business, you will get my business! I was very impressed with everything already, and they hadn't even done anything yet! We got our quote, and decided to go with them because of their attentiveness. Aaron drove 2 1/2 hrs on Tuesday to get a part, so they could have us installed ASAP on Wednesday. They just finished installing, and I am so glad I chose these guys. Everyone is so nice, and explained a lot to us. Big shout out to Aaron, Robert, & Gary for their hard work!!!
