I am so grateful for Alltek, and their amazing employee Ryan. After a previous AC company came out twice and failed to properly install a coil, Ryan immediately understood the issue and fixed it!! We have been without AC for almost 30 days due to waiting on incompetent employees and excuses. I called Alltek, and they came out and did an amazing job. Ryan was really wonderful, had a great attitude and worked so hard, went above and beyond to do the job right. This Company has really great employees, everyone I spoke to had a professional, caring attitude towards my issue. Thank you again Alltek!!

I cant say enough good things about this company. Within an hour of my first call, I had not only had my AC assessed, but also given several differnt options for replacement of my old unit. 2 days after that I had the unit that I had chosen installed. Going the distance for me, they drove to South Texas to get the exact unit I asked for. The entire process was painless. As well, financing was a breeze. If you have a bad AC, this company will go the distance to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

Initial 30$ inspection fee is doable along with an amazing and professional service/worker!

I called them for a last minute problem and they were very prompt in responding and getting me scheduled. They found my issues and also resolved some issues I didn't know I had left behind from previous repair work. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Update: we had the AC unit outside get damaged and they were quick to find a solution and a new unit for me. The service is great and professional every time! He saved me money compared to the other companies and did a better job than they wanted to do.

I am disappointed with this company. They do poor work and will find way to charge you instead of honoring their warranty. I paid for two brand new systems. A few months later problems starting to show up. They kept sending techs out. Finally the owner came out and the issue was resolved. I got bill for all of this, whether they fixed the problem or not. When inquiring about warranty, of course they said it was something unrelated to their installation/labor. Soon after, another problem came up. They sent more inexperienced techs out. It 80' inside and running hot air. Tech stated that it was the building insulation and took off. Billed $198.00 for his assessment of "I don't know what the heck is going on." Had Clark Air came in they fixed the issue in 10 mins. This company will not only waste your money but they will also waste your time.

Alltek is as good as advertised. Their quote was over two grand less than the other guys. I got a quality system put in my home in less than 48 hours. For any homeowners that are about to replace their old unit, I highly recommend these guys ! You wont be disappointed.

Great company to work with. Easy company to work whit, Brent is very professional and know what he is doing. I will keep updated when my house finishes cooling down.

Alltek is number one in my book. Brandon the technician was professional courteous and answered all of my questions. He explained everything he was going to do prior to doing it and made sure I understood everything that he had done. He also didn't seem to mind when my attention-starved dog bothered him. Alltek has a new customer in me and I plan to tell family and friends about the wonderful professional courteous service I received. I highly recommend them.
