Decent store for sure, man's dream kinda store actually. Only issue is that the level of service you get at this store varies considerably from day to day. Only issue I have had. Doesn't keep me from going regularly but it is sort of a bummer sometimes

They generally have what I’m looking for. Never had any reason to not come back into the store. Most everything they carry is good quality and reasonably priced. I have never had any problem getting the staff to help me, contrary to what has been stated in some previous reviews. In fact, the ladies at the checkout counter are as helpful and courteous as anyone could be. I have been a customer since the Beaumont store opened and I will continue to be that in the future. I can get what I want/need at a local store at a fair price, from friendly and helpful people. That just about sums it up. What else could you expect?

Please shop here! The manager is awesome and willing to go above normal customer service. You won’t be disappointed. In our hectic lives sometimes it’s just refreshing to come across people who do their job, and Do It Well! A person who is willing to help you without the rush and take the time to locate what you need. Keep up the great work and positive vibes.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I like that this store & staff feels locally run, even though it’s a corporate business. I have had good luck finding what i need and getting the right stuff every time i come here

Beyond exceptional experience. mr. Blake assisted me over the phone and when I walked in the store you give me a warm welcome with a smile. Together we did much research in store to differentiate between the products finding the one I needed. Customer service Paramount to all the rest in this area I highly recommend is definitely will come again

We went into the store recently and had a great experience. Linda Phillips helped us and she was so friendly and just made our day. You just don't find customer service like that these days. She went above and beyond.

This was my first time in Northern Tools in Beaumont-the other day. I had a great experience there. A young woman named Rachel help me to find what I needed. She knew if I needed to purchase any other items that would me help me. Great store. I didn’t wonder around looking lost. I would go back there again.
