Coburn's of Beaumont

Ranks top 10 of the worst customer service. Walked in this morning with 3 guys sitting on their computers at the counter. Stood there for about 1 minute and realized it was going to be a few, so I had a seat on the bar stool.
Took over 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I even existed. Had several employess walk by and avoid eye contact (afraid I may ask for help)
1 of the 3 finally asked if he could help me. He did, pulled the product I needed. He was nice and knowlegable enough. This place carries what you need but clearly are not about customer service.
Being in business since being a young man I have always pushed customer service to my employees. If you cant help them at least let them know you see them, your busy but you will get to them.
Started not to type this review but after reconsidering it figured I would.
I guess I'm getting older and grouchier. But I thinks that in this day and time we still need good customer service. Ace Hardware is my example of good service. Prices are high but I love to go there, and anyone I talk to agrees on that. Ill drive across town to spend money there

Very friendly staff and they are great at sending out bids for materials. I'm only giving them 3 stars because twice I've been given wrong items. Mistakes happen, especially with large orders but it can put us in a bind at times. We may be working on a project 50 miles from the nearest Coburn's. Have to either find it and but it (again) at another supply house that's closer or lose 2 hours or more driving there and back to get the correct material. Coburn's is a great supply house and mostly dependable. Just double check orders, to the staff and buyers! Make sure you have exactly what you ordered. Even with this happening twice they're always going to be my number 1 supply house!
Again, just double check those orders!

They have most thinghs for immediate pickup or delivery. They will order timely when not in stock.

My main plumbing supply opened Saturday (usually closed)from 7 to 12 and that allowed me get more parts to help get busted pipes fixed. Full crew there and there to help ..

Great place to buy plumbing supplies. Very friendly staff that is helpful and knowledgeable about what they carry and can order. I do business with them any time I need plumbing supplies or fixtures.

Wonderful service through the Ac department. I could not have gotten my AC back on track with out their knowledge and referrals. I can’t thank Coburns enough! Also highly recommend Kevin’s Ac !!!
