This company is unprofessional and the service technician was incompetent. The technician said our fireplace had no gas coming to it and couldn't perform the service/cleaning. We then hired a licensed plumber who confirmed we did indeed have gas coming to the fireplace.
We've requested a refund several times and to speak with a supervisor but keep getting the run around.
I honestly have no idea how they could possible have good reviews.

I needed the service for my dryer asap. the holidays left my house a complete mess! I booked the appointment online and had the representative call me for confirmation.
long story short , my dryer works perfectly now. Technicians came on time and were very nice !

I don't understand how they got almost 5-stars! First they said that the cost will be this amount then they send me an email saying that the cost is now higher because "they were not being cleaned regularly therefore they are additional work that needed to be done." Umm, the tech person did not let me know when they did the service. In fact, they said the duct system are in a good shape. And I know that's bullcrap because we had them serviced less than 2 years ago. DON'T USE THEM!
