Amazing company and amazing people. You get more than what you pay for as they offer reasonable prices for professional work that you can count on. 5 stars but I'd give more if I could.

Pro air has done many new A/C system installs, various repairs and preventive maintenance at our locations over the years. They do what they say there going to do, when they say they are going to do it, at a fair price. Easy to reach, very professional. Very well run company. I highly recommend them!

I won't be calling anyone else. Fast and reliable service. The office ladies are so sweet and did everything they could to make sure a service tech was in route as soon as possible. Being in Texas and loosing AC in the summer is never fun, thankfully they made the fix quick and easy.

We always get great service and fair prices with Pro-Air Engineering. My experiences with the office staff have been very friendly. Having worked with a variety of commercial HVAC companies over the years, I recommend Pro-Air above any of the others I know.

The negative reviews here are completely contrary to our experiences with Pro-Air.

If you would like good service at a reasonable price, I suggest trying Pro-Air Engineering.

What a joke DO NO CONTACT THIS COMPANY! The office "employee LISA" who calls herself the owner is extremly rude and refused to come back for a service call when we are still under warranty. From one Business owner to another... her attitude and lack of service and treatment to customer should not be tolerated. We've been a customer for years and if you want respect you give respect. Simple. --- I would love to speak to the actual owner! Give it ZERO Stars if I could.

Otherwise you may end up paying the double or triple of the average price here!
No complains about the technicians work!

When they came out to fix the system they were professional and in time. I was so pleased with the time they took to get it right.
