Air Conditioner went out yesterday afternoon when we were having a record breaking 108 degree day. A good friend recommended Citywide and I couldn’t be happier, well I could be happier if my AC hadn’t bit the dust but life happens! Even though it was late, Mike the owner came out and diagnosed the problem. Honest, friendly and fair priced, I will be calling them anytime I have a problem!

I had a power issue that I though was generated by a faulty breaker. I replaced the breaker myself and was still having an issue. I called to schedule an appointment and was given a reasonable date later in the week as it was a holiday weekend. Mike called me and came out on a holiday Monday to help. I was not home so my wife Facetimed me in order to consult with Mike. He checked my work in the breaker box and confirmed I wired the breaker correctly and that power was accurately getting to the breaker. He then proceeded to check an additional GFI on an outlet in the garage. with a simple click, everything was back on. I was embarrassed not to know the fix was so simple and skip this step in my troubleshooting. Mike did not rub my oversight in and after solving the problem did not even charge us!! We have used these guys since we moved into this house 5 years ago and we will continue to be loyal to them. Mike, thanks again for your service.

City Wide rocks! Having AC problems in the Texas summer is no fun...especially when you're 8+ months preggo. City Wide was able to come out the same day I called and fix our problem pretty quickly.

Mike was friendly and thorough. He explained the issue, as well as what to look out for in the future. He didn't push unnecessary services/products on us like other AC companies we've used. The cost was extremely reasonable. Thank you City Wide!

Very professional came late after hours I would highly recommend this company to any family or friends who need these type of services. Our AC went out at 7:30 PM they were able to make it out to our home, within a few hours and had figured out our issue. We were up and running with the new part by 10 o’clock the next morning, had he had the part on the truck he would had fixed it right then in my book this is an A+ company the kind that are hard to find so if you need any AC or plumbing or electrical I would not hesitate to call citywide first.. thanks Mike for all your help and being such a great company it was a pleasure doing business with y’all.

Mike came out and fixed my problem less than four hours from contacting him. He would have been there MUCH faster but i fell asleep and missed his first text. Super nice and informative. Only interested in fixing my problem and didn't try to sell me on other services. Life saver on the hottest weekend of the year!

I called because my AC unit outside was making a strange noise the night prior. Mike came by within an hour of my initial call. He was extremely nice and helpful, explaining what he was checking and why. Of course, when he was checking it seemed to work fine, as is the way of the universe. When the unit inevitably misbehaves causes me stress yet again, I will 100% always call CityWide again.

Called City Wide Services and over the phone had a thorough discussion of my issue. Was reassured I did not need their services at that time; no hard sale to make an unnecessary service call.

Then several months later, a new issue developed; they were prompt, thorough, comprehensive, and competitively priced.

I was given a quote and told the equipment replacement would be the equal quality/efficiency etc, and it turns out the equipment I needed was about a lot more money to them and was a tougher job than anticipated. City Wide kept their promise and STUCK TO THE QUOTE. They provided great service and are true to their word.

I have no hesitations calling on them again for big or small projects.

I needed some plumbing work for my water pressure reducing valve. Efrain came out to my home and was super efficient. My water flow was back to normal. Efrain was super friendly and explained everything. I would definitely recommend City Wide Services to my friends.

A/C went out while we were on vacation, came home to it not working. We called first thing in the morning, and Jake was able to fix it before noon. Also gave me some good information on what to expect once my system needs a total replacement. Great service- fast, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable.
