Last summer I had the pleasure of working with John Wrigley Air Conditioning and Heating service for the installation of my AC (which died the week of 105 degree weather in 2022), and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

From start to finish, the team was professional, prompt, and provided excellent service. The installation was completed in a timely manner, and the team was honest and upfront about the work they needed to do. I appreciated their transparency and felt confident in their abilities.

This was my second HVAC installation with John Wrigley HVAC service, as he had previously installed an AC for me at another home in 2007 and another one at my Mom's house about five years ago.

In addition to the great service, I was also impressed with the reasonable pricing. I have had past experiences with HVAC services that charged exorbitant fees (think big box companies with three letter acronyms), but John Wrigley's HVAC service was very fair and competitive in their pricing.

Overall, I highly recommend John Wrigley to anyone in need of HVAC services. He has a knowledgeable and experienced team, and the commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in their work.

Recently John Wrigley serviced my Mom’s unit--it was a small task, as her pilot light had blown out in the 2023 winter storm power outage. Neither she nor I could figure out how to do it. But no job was too small, his crew came out promptly and even explained to Mom how to do it on her own next time.

They did an excellent and quick job getting our HVAC to stop leaking water in our attic. I called and they came out asap to figure out what was happening. They were able to clear a clog in my drain pipe and had a great price for the value of their work!

AC was leaking water, called them in the morning and they showed up the same day. Fixed the problem and gave advice on what to do to prevent it from happening again. Referred to them by my property manager and this is the 2nd time I called them. The first time, they replaced the AC for a rental property. The rate was very competitive and the service was great. I was very happy with service . He gave me a price of $130 to replace capacitor over phone . Showed up when I was told he'd be here . Checked level of refrigerate no charge and cleaned inside while cooling compressor.so he could check everything Not only did he do that he took money off his already low quote . Will recommend to anyone in need of honest A/c repair. I also do not understand how someone can give a rating and not have used service. I also own a type of service company and it doesn't seem right!

I have known John Wrigley for over 25 years. He is very responsive, provides quality service, and has fair prices. He is a very trustworthy and honest man.

John is the most honest AC man I know. He has taken care of my family's AC work for the past 15 years and always fixes the problems efficiently and effectively (at a lower quote than anyone around.) I dread the day he retires, although it's much deserved!

Wrigley A/C provides very professional HVAC maintenance and repairs. I’ve used them for my rentals and personal home, and highly recommend the company.

John has been my AC guy for near 20 years. He has integrity. Something a lot of AC guys in Texas don't have. On top of that, he has some of the best prices around.

My landlord called this company and ask them to come to my house my air conditioning unit was not working it turns out they had to replace the motor they had my air conditioning up and running in 45 minutes my house cool down in 2 hours these guys did great work
