I have had their team service my home unit a few times with great results. I then had issues with my office unit and they replaced the entire inside unit. So far I have spent $700 for another company to repair their work and the unit is down again today, all within 3 months of them replacing the unit. Reached out to them for help, assistance or warranty work with zero response.
