I work until 4 every day, and Daniel’s worked late to get me taken care of. The techs were helpful and fast. They diagnosed the issue quickly, ordered the right part, and installed a new fan blade. I’ll be recommending them to all my friends.

First time to use them with home warranty ac problem. They were easy to work with. Techs Brian, Leiver Morales & Gus Godinez all were professional and friendly. Arrived timely and got after it and got it done. They took care and pride in their work. Office staff Deedra and Karen were also very helpful and friendly and courteous.. Very pleased. Daniel's Heating and Air was assigned to us by our home warranty when we noticed that our 30+ year old A/C unit wasn't cooling properly. They came out promptly and serviced it once they got instructions from our home warranty. Unfortunately, in less than 24 hours it quit working again due to a totally separate issue. Daniel's came out within a week, serviced it again, and answered all of our questions. Aaron was pleasant to work with in making sure I understood everything they did to repair it. My husband and I will definitely give him a call/request him when we're ready for our smart thermostat to be installed!

My appointments with Daniel have always been on time and there are never any unexpected charges on my invoice. He is an excellent communicator and has a wealth of knowledge in his field. Had an unexpected breakdown of my AC unit ( are any ever expected or wanted?), but the service tech that came out really helped to make the inconvenience a lot more bearable! Brian L was very courteous and knowledgeable, kept me informed of what was taking place and also lived to expectations that he gave me! Our A/C unit stopped working late afternoon yesterday. I called Daniel’s Heating & Air and the young lady that answered the phone was very nice. She quickly set me up with an appointment for today! Dan, technician, showed up at our home in a timely manner. He was very honest and professional! He took the time to check the temp in every vent in our home! Daniel installed a Daikin 4 port mini-split system in my house. It’s wonderful! It keeps us so warm! Can’t wait to try out the A/C next year. The system is extremely quiet. Daniel’s staff did a fantastic job of doing the install. They cleaned up after they finished. Daniel came back to go over the controls and followed up a few days later to check on everything.
