Technician got our AC unit running in 30 minutes!

I don't know if their work is good but after we signed the contract they said they would get to us on Friday & if they didn't it would definitely be done Saturday. We'll no one showed up so more days with no AC & heat.

I was having issues with my air conditioning unit and I have had a couple of other great experiences with Scottco so I decided to give them a call. The Tech showed up and quickly addressed the problem and explained what had happened. He did good quality work and the price was affordable. They were prompt to come by and give me an estimate but when it came time to come do the work they kept pushing me back. They didn't have the courtesy to call and let me know. I had to keep calling to get updates. Then when they finally came by to do the work turns put they underestimated over $1,000! I had to hire someone else that ended up more reliable.

They came right away when I had called them the first time around to do a consultation for a water heater. I recently called them again to come fix a pvc pipe and they keep pushing me back and don’t have the decency to call and let me know. This has been four days now of having rescheduled. Do you want your money or not?

Calvin came out to find out why my Heating and Air Conditioning Unit was making a loud cracking sound every time the Unit came on,.......He checked on it and then helped me change my Filters.....Excellent young man and very efficient in getting the job done. Very personable and friendly. I would definitely use his services again!

They truly care about their customers. They came earlier than expected to an emergency plumbing issue. The technician was great. He got the plugged line opened quickly and made sure it was operational before he left.
