Stoffers has done maintenance and recently replaced one of my two units . Their personnel are very experienced and professional in all cases, and their office manager does a great job communicating status and schedule . Their cost is very competitive and I appreciate that they are a family run business which is always my preference to support. The installation crew did a great job in correcting a couple cooling issues and did a fantastic job overall. I highly recommend Stoffers AC for any cooling and heating needs. It is a well managed business and stands by their work.

We call late on a Saturday afternoon. Dakota returned our call within 20 mins. He was here within 10 minutes and our unit was up and running again within 10 mins.
Stoffer's will continue to be our "go to" a/c company. We've used them for years.

AC went out one day and they got Dakota to come check it the very next morning. The Stoffer's - I've personally met Bob and Cindy - and their employees are good people and I highly recommend them.

Steven, the service technician, arrived within the scheduled time window. He introduced himself, proceeded to verify the service requested and promptly went to work. He is very knowledgeable about the A/C and heating units that we had serviced. When he was finished with the maintenence service, he explained to us in detail what he had tested and inspected. We were very pleased with Steven's professional and friendly service. We have been using Stoffer's for all of our A/C and heating needs for about 15 years. We called this morning for our units semi-annual checkups. They were able to schedule us and had a service tech. here within a couple of hours. They have always been able to provide us with quick service when we need it.

Great experience. Crew arrived, set right to work on compressor replacement and temp. control valve. Good informed crew on cooling system. Orderly process and clean-up of work.

Service Tech Dakota arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. Parts had to be ordered and arrived as quoted. Dakota returned and quickly had unit running. A+++ rating.
