We had some condensation lines that were clogged up, and needed them cleared ASAP to prevent flooding. John came out and cleared the lines, but also added a PVC union near both air handlers to be sure that servicing them in the future was much easier. I do a lot of my own work, so I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty working on my own AC from time to time. I checked his work, and everything was top notch. Fair price, quality work, and great professionalism from the tech. Highly recommend and will use them in the future.

The crew rolled in on time and set straight to work. Taking out the old system and installing the new system was done in a single day. They efficiently worked around a few space issues and were professional and polite the entire time. BUYER BEWARE! Tech told my wife we needed to replace our 1.5 year old 5 ton exterior unit because the compressor went out and really it would be safest to replace the whole system at a total bill of 8-11k. After retesting the capacitor with a family member watching the readings showed the capacitor was bad. Replaced the capacitor and magic the whole system works perfectly. $35 part vs a total system replacement. Charged insane rates and an addl hour of time that he wasn’t on the job (proved through video evidence). Based on this experience I am left thinking they’re crooks or incompetent, either way I would recommend choosing a different company.
