Extreme Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating

Extreme Comfort came to my house in Wylie and the tech Joey F. was extremely helpful. He diagnosed the problem and explained how he was going to fix the issue. He had me back up and running in about an hour. I would recommend them to anyone with HVAC problems. They are very knowledgeable and they clean up after themselves.

I just want to say this company did a wonderful job taking care of us and did such quality work. We will not use anyone but them. After having a unit installed from this wonderful company we see how the poor quality we have used in the pass trying to save money. Take it from me, it is no worth it. They have been around and you can count on them. The work was stellar! So happy I used them!

I received an excellent HVAC consultation this morning with Earl. We are in the market for a new 2.5 ton Air conditioner and furnace. Earl was so gracious and agreed to coming out to our home early on a Sunday morning to accommodate our schedule.

He was extremely thorough in his evaluation of our HVAC needs. We did receive several other estimates - but Earl was the only consultant to actually measure our existing air duct capacity and cooling square footage. He was easily the most knowledgeable consultant we've had out to the house. The other estimates we've received only briefly looked at our existing equipment for less than 5 minutes - and we've had some big name companies out for estimates. Earl was very professional and thoroughly assessed our exiting system from the ground up.

Earl agreed to arrive at my home at 8:15am, and the doorbell rang at precisely 8:15am. AMAZING! The other companies offed two to four hour windows for arrival times.

The best part of our meeting was that Earl's bid was slightly better than the others. And that is for a full Carrier system.

Carrier has the reputation for being the best HVAC system on the market - so I was surprised that Extreme Comfort was able to come in with a lower bid that the others. My wife and I liked the idea of purchasing a Carrier system for the excellent reputation and curb appeal for when it comes time for home resale.

Needless to say, I was so satisfied, that we signed and scheduled our installation for next week. They agreed to install on a weekend, so we don't have to interfere with our work schedule. No other estimate agreed to a weekend install. My wife's and my time is valuable, and this company respects that - that is worth value. Ever heard a consumer say "CUSTOMER - FOR - LIFE"?

We are super happy with our experience with Extreme Comfort! The service professional was extremely nice, up front about the work needed, and very efficient at identifying the issue with our a/c. Great service and very responsive. I will not go anywhere else for Air or Heating. Just had their service technician (Joey ) out to research a problem with my air conditioner. He was professional, nice, user friendly and solved the problem in a very hot attic. Joey - 5 Stars!!!!!

Extreme Comfort HAS to be the best heating and cooling company in DFW! Don't look elswhere, trust me, I did a thorough research and met with several companies before them.

I called (and have them quote me) 4 different companies inquiring about a new AC system before contacting Extreme Comfort. The process was overwhelming and they all pretty much try to upsell you on things or equipment you don't really need.

These guys were the best by far. The sales rep was great on helping me understand what I needed and what I didn't. Turns out, the other companies were quoting me from 2 to 10 thousand dollars more than Extreme Comfort. You can't beat these guys pricing, unless you do it yourself.

As far as the installation goes. Their team was great, very explanative on the things they were about to do and the time that the installation would take. We barely noticed them during the 6+ hours that they were here. Once done, they explained very thoroughly what they did and how the unit works. They were also extremely neat, no trace that someone just installed a brand new 4-ton HVAC and furnace.

I am passing along their info to people I know. Great company and great people!

Earle came out today and spent about an hour thoroughly looking over my entire HVAC system. Instead of trying to sell me an expensive new system, he patiently showed me how to operate the dampers to control the airflow to trouble rooms upstairs. I've had three other contractors out and none addressed this simple solution. A couple the dampers were completely closed off and although I attempted to adjust them in the past they were stuck because of excess mastic. Long story short, he saved me a lot of money (at least temporarily), and it is that kind of honesty and knowledge that will be rewarded in the long run.

Excellent service from the Crew - Jonathan, Victor, Henry - On Time, Friendly and Very Professional. Sales guy Earle is very courteous and keeps the information simple and to the point. Great experience and I will be recommending eXtreme Comfort to friends and family! To the management - Extra Kudos to Jonathan, Victor, Henry and anyone else involved with equipment delivery/install!
