Hall Air Conditioning

Hall Air Conditioning has always provided prompt and competent HVAC repairs we've needed in our 2 years here. This time they offered an annual service contract that includes spring A/C maintenance and fall heating system maintenance. WELL WORTH IT! Michael, the tech who came in May, was VERY thorough, finding and fixing issues we were unaware of. He was also very helpful. He replaced filters and left extras for in between maintenance visits, and when I mentioned how chilly we got when the ceiling supply grills (vents) blew air at us, he even adjusted them throughout the house to be less direct. We highly recommend this company!

I called Hall Air-conditioning because I was referred to them. They showed up when they were expected. I called them for an inspection of my HVAC to see why my ac was constantly running. Randy showed up and I showed him the closet and told him where the outside unit was. The unit in the closet was not inspected not even the front cover was taken off. He proceeded to go outside and check the freon levels (I knew after the fact). He went to his truck and grabbed a green canister and then proceeded to fill my a/c with freon. He didn't tell me until after he showed me the $444 bill that the freon was $125/pound. When I clearly stated that I wanted to see what was wrong with it, not to fill it with freon. I told him all I wanted was a diagnosis, he just stared at me. I still paid the bill but was not happy. The customer should know the price before any time service is performed. Do not recommend

Heating issue was diagnosed and serviced quickly. Our system is older and the tech explained what was causing the issues. Same day service. Highly recommend Hall Air Conditioning.

Our AC stopped working on Saturday and Joseph came by on Sunday. He discovered that the problem was electrical which he was not qualified to repair. He was able to make a temporary fix with an extension cord until the electrician could come and repair the problem. We had AC for the remainder of the weekend. Thanks Hall Air Conditioning!

Service was completed in a professional and timely manner. Very pleased.

Asked for an inspection on my unit, the service tech that showed turned the AC to 70 and then hosed off my unit and added refrigerant to the unit without talking to my husband about it first. I don't really mind it as my unit is working better now but I was also informed that was not the way it was supposed to happen. But over all it was great.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Hall. Joseph came and took care of me. First, he came when they said he would come and called me beforehand to let me know he was on his way. I appreciate this because my schedule is very busy. So few companies are actual punctual and do the little things right. He did.
He was very thorough in his inspection and was able to find the problem that another A/C company in town was not able to find. I thought I was going to need to replace the unit but Joseph saved the day. He was clear in his communication, professional, and did the job with excellence. I would suggest making Hall your first call if you have an AC issue. Joseph represented the company extremely well and I will use them again for all of my future needs.

Absolutely the best experience I've had with any company I've had work on my home. The technician, Zeke, was a very professional individual who showed up on time after giving me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. He was very effective in figuring out the issue with my central heating and cooling unit which was caused by another local company. If I ever need any future maintenance on my unit I will definitely be contacting them again.
