Michael was awesome! He got us scheduled quickly and was at our house within 24hrs. Assessed our HVAC system, found the issue and repaired it asap! We have used other AC companies and Hall AC is by far THE BEST in Abilene!! Professional, great work ethic, excellent communication throughout the repair process, and affordable pricing, even for our emergency request. We are so grateful!!

Randy the service tech was extremely rude and grumpy when he arrived at my house and mumbled and grumbled the entire time he was there. Insulted my intelligence on what I had tried to fix before he got there and was downright rude and unpleasant to be around. He acted as if I was inconvenienceing him by needing my ac system worked on. This wasn't an emergency call either, I had scheduled it almost a week in advance. I would never advise anyone to use Hall in the future. If Randy ever showed up at my house again to fix my issues, I'd just be hot and uncomfortable before dealing with his rude and unpleasant attitude again. He was probably the least professional tech I've had the misfortune of dealing with. And the service charges were astronomical as well. Terrible tech and insane charges for service. Do not recommend at all

Came home Friday and noticed our ceiling was leaking. Went up to the attic to find our attic unit had water everywhere the pan over flowed and poured onto and through ceiling. Called Hall and they were out within the hour. James, our tech, was super friendly and professional. He found that a piece of the drainage PVC was cracked, so all the drainage was leaked through and soaked the attic, so he replaced it. He ended up giving me his number in case there were further issues and he was going to come back the following Tuesday to install another piece he didn't have at the time. Noticed Saturday the whole unit was off. The wet switch tripped and shut the system completely off and the pan was full of water. I cleaned out the pan and dried the wet switch, took all day and finally 1130 Saturday night the unit finally kicked back on. Sunday was fine until we woke up and noticed the unit off again. Called James and he advised me to dry the wet switch and leave it out of the pan and then get the excess water out and he would look at it Tuesday when he came out again. He didn't want to have to charge me the after hours rates being it was holidays and after hours. Woke up this morning, Monday, and noticed the unit off again. Went to the attic and noticed water outside the pan again and luckily the towels I left up there soaked most of it. Dried the wet switch and turned the unit back on. 1130 this morning same thing, wet switch. 1445 same thing, and then 1600 again. I figured the drainage line had to be clogged or we had a leak in the system somewhere. However after I reset everything at 1600, our thermostat failed to turn back on. I reluctantly called James again for like the 4th time this weekend and he was dumbfounded at everything. He didn't want to have to charge me the after hours rates, but I had no choice. He was out here within the hour. He replaced the thermostat as it was dead and then he went back into the attic and cleared out our main drainage lines again. When it blew them out it looked like cooked oatmeal came out. He reassured us that should have taken care of the issue and that there shouldn't be anymore excess water in that pan. 3 hours later after the drainage was fixed, happy to report that there has been no excess water in that pan as I have gone up and checked about every hour. James was more than professional, respectful, helpful and courteous and I repeatedly apologized that he came out today because I didn't want to ruin his weekend. He reassured that it was no issue and that he is glad he was able to help as much as he could and get our situations resolved. I highly recommend Hall Air Conditioning to anyone above every other company in town as none of them would send a tech out until Tuesday ot Wednesday. Hall customer service is top notch, their techs are knowledgeable and helpful and very courteous and respectful. I cannot thank James and Hall AC enough for their help. They are true professionals in every aspect!
