Abilene Radiator & Air Conditioning

I bought a 23” long steel fuel line for $4.50 from our local NAPA store. The fuel line required two bends. I took the fuel to Abilene Radiator & Air Conditioning for them to make 2 bends. They called me 3 hours later and said the fuel line was ready for pick up. They charged me $55 to make those two bends. I asked them if this was a joke and they “No.” They said they had overhead to pay and that their labor was worth something. I didn’t dispute their need to make make a living and pay their overhead, but $55 for making two bends on a $4.50 fuel line is absolutely outrageous. I’ll never return to this business.

150 tips for evaporator was gonna get charged 1600 plus to have fixed, ended up doing myself with a free day and the couple tools I have on the shop. These people will rip you a new one so watch out high prices and cause more problems to make more money. Very bad experiences in past

Denied a paying customer! They are the go to guys for Kent Harley Davidson for fuel restoration. However, their management denied cleaning a motorcycle fuel tank because they didn’t want to disappoint me if my paint job got messed up. I told them I really didn’t care, but they still denied me service. This is extremely unfair, despite their “reservations” to not disappoint a customer.

I very much recommend this place. They were quick, very friendly and the price was much less than I anticipated. I would come here again. All around good experience.

This place was recommended to me by the men that have a gas station on North Threadway. I must say I was really impressed by there knowledge. I work 12 hour night shifts at a hospital, so I was exhausted. I was in and out within an hour and a half.

Awful service messed up blower motor on a simple recharge. Have used these people multiple times and every year my ac is messed up, save your money bunch of crooks.
