AC went out in the house. Booked an appointment online, they had an appointment available the next day at 8AM-10AM. Tech called me 15 minutes before 8, showed up right at 8. Had my AC back-up and working in about 30 minutes and then offered to do some system maintenance to get everything running tip-top. Cost was very reasonable, and Jacob was a great technician. He explained what was going on, what he did, and what to look for in the future. Great service and will def use these guys in the future.

My air was out for a week, and other service techs had been unable to diagnose or resolve the issue. The CES Engineer, Gary, came in and corrected what 2 other companies could not fix in less than two hours. Not only did he resolve the problem, but he took the time to explain to me why the issue happened, and what to look for over the next week since we are experiencing higher than average temps. This was a great experience, I won't use anyone else going forward.
