    The worst HVAC company in Nashville. They are scam artists. They have these guys that their company refers to as "The Russians" that do their installations. They didn't install my unit properly and didn't do anything to resolve the issues it was having. Their service plan is a joke; one technician required my assistance to clean the coils on the condenser. They also will purposely tamper with your equipment during a service call so that you will soon require another service call shortly thereafter to scam people out of more money. I just spoke with their service manager to explain the issues I was having. He screamed at me on the phone and told me to get a lawyer over an issue they caused and refused to rectify. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable company.

    I've been a customer of MJ Frick for many years, both for air conditioning and plumbing. They solved a plumbing problem for me that 3 other plumbers could not fix. That alone makes me a customer for life. The team is always extremely professional and have responding quickly to any calls or issues I may have, even on weekends. I cannot overstate how impressed I am with MJ Frick and company, the owners, management, and entire team. MJ Frick should be your FIRST call when needing plumbing or air conditioning services.

    I choose MJ Frick because they have repeatedly come out to make needed repairs when other companies came out looking for a way to sell me a new unit. Frick wants to sell new units too, but they will repair stuff if that is what you need. I like that.

    They also got under my house and sealed up leaky ducts, replaced some sections and adjusted the louvers to each branch of ductwork leading to the registers in the floor.

    I called them off hours one winter when the heat stopped on a very cold weekend some years ago, and they came quickly.

    They do what they say, and they have been reliable and fair. 10/10 would recommend.

    So usually we aren’t too impressed with the technicians that come out but today a young man named Ethan came out and he was just wonderful! Most helpful tech we’ve ever had and SUCH a nice guy too. We were very impressed with him and hopefully we can request he come every time.

    I never leave reviews, but Frick deserves all the accolades I can give. They have worked on our old units and installed a new one. Never felt more comfortable working with Marc and his guys. We won't hesitate for second to use them on all upcoming projects. One example -They built an extra header in our kitchen so the hood would not fall off the wall. Didn't need to do it, they just did it. Awesome group!!

    Mark and Ryan were professional and timely. We had had several HVAC and plumbers say they would start our renovation, but wouldn’t show when it was time to start the job. Both bids were incredibly competitive and the work was completed as discussed. Any issues were addressed right away.

    I have had a good experience with MJ Frick over the past 3-years and would recommend them. I first called them when I had an issue with a Fijitsu mini-split and they were good about diagnosing, fixing it and processing the warranty claim. A year later when I had a different issue with the same unit, they were sympathetic to my situation (i.e. my bum unit) and were good about trying to ‘make it right’ versus generate another sale. In fact, I chose to start fresh with a new Mitsubishi unit. They did not push or sell. I purchased the maintenance club for a year, and during the maintenance and inspection they found two faulty capacitors. While no one likes to pay for repairs they were ligit, there was a noticeable improvement in the humidity in the house. I purchased the water heater maintenance, and there were visible chunks of built up minerals that were cleaned out, so I feel that is a good service to pay for periodically. The technicians general seem to be competent and they show up on time, and MJ Frick’s prices seem market and competitive.
