Frog Heating, Air, & Electrical

We had a total of four electricial companies visit our home for a quote to run 240v wiring for a hot tub install, and install 120v receptacle for gas range operation.

Frog came in about $5,000 over our next highest quote. Which was that about $1,700. It was difficult to understand why their company wanted to upgrade so many things in order to install a line out to our hot tub. Even without the upgrades on our box they stated would be necessary to do the job, the breakdown of work showed a significantly higher number for doing the original work itself.

I will say that Michelle, the one I spoke to over the phone was an absolute angel. She went above and beyond for me and I appreciated her. If the numbers had been closer we would have chosen them just for her.

It was frustrating to have paid for the inspection only to find the numbers so incredibly high by comparison.

Overall wonderful experience. Quick, timely, and good people. Dave Rogers in particular did a wonderful job! Highly recommend

Electrical panel recall repair. Nick W. sent a text to let me know he was heading my way and arrived on time. I appreciate him for explaining to me what needed to be repaired. Nick was very professional and courteous. Frog should be pleased to have him as part of their team.

Brandon was personable, polite and did a great job. He helped me make some difficult decisions as to. how to have the switch installed and helped me get the best value.

Matt was incredibly competent and professional. My heating and cooling system went out, and Frog sent him out the same day. I highly recommend!

Nick was pleasant, professional, and showed up on time. It was nice to receive a text from the company prior to his arrival letting me know that Nick was on his way which also included a picture of him. I would definitely do business with them in the future if the need arises.

I’ve used Frog in four locations over the last 11 years. Always excellent work, but most of all I appreciate the responsiveness. I’ve had great servicemen over the years. Josh has been working with us for the last five… and he has continued the superior service I’ve come to expect. (And he’s great with my dogs!)

Electrician did a great job inspecting the circuit breaker panel for a recall that could cause a fire. I am now more relaxed knowing that this has been completed. He was courteous and respectful. I would hire again.
