Very pleased with busy bee 🐝 Called and got an appointment the same day. When AC unit just stopped working. Steve Travis was awesome! Took time to see what the problem was. Instead of the "other guys" just trying to sell us a new unit. Come to find that we didn't even need to replace our AC unit but fix our breaker box. Which was fixed at reasonable pricing and didn't take weeks to wait for an appointment. But next day fix. Thanks for service Busy Bee I'll be sure to refer others and know I can count on this company. Hard working technician, excellent call center, very helpful and friendly. Overall satisfied 🤩

Charged 125 for a visit. Didn't even use a gauge to know exactly what pressure the refrigerant was at. Told us it was fully empty and quoted $2500 for a refill. We found refrigerant at a fraction of the price online, and then found that the line wasn't completely empty. The technician was just trying to upsell us to a new unit.

We had our entire mechanical and plumbing system replaced. Busy Bee responded quickly, estimated same day, worked with us on installation, cost and billing i could not have had a better experience. I will be calling them soon to get some more work done from them. Corey and his team were piolet, professional and enjoyed my kittens under the house playing with them. Jacquie from billing was super easy to deal with our unique billing situation and handled everything very professional. Thank you BUSY BEE!!!!!

It's been 2 weeks since we wasted our time to allow this company to come service our AC units and provide a bid for some new duct work or repair to our existing duct work.

We clearly requested that the units be serviced as well as the bid for the repair.
We were given a price for the service of the units.
The gentleman who showed up was clearly a sales person and took great pains to tell us what a great company it was and what great work they do however he did not service the AC system nor did he offer to contact his office to see why the Service people who were scheduled did not show up. In addition we had also asked for a price to install 2 air scrubbing units on our system.
We never did hear back from Busy Bee with estimates for the duct nor did they ever show up to service the units or contact us regarding the failure to service the units.
no contact whatsoever, complete waste of time.

0/5 STARS given. I'm a general contractor From Knoxville contracted to work on a large project here in Nashville where I have lived for three years. They worked on our existing HVAC unit and ran new ductwork. The duct work they installed wasn't sealed around the vent connections and led to severe condensation which ruined artwork on our walls below. They came out to fix several times to no avail. The unit is in the attic and started leaking condensed water from the drain pan overflowing. This caused damage to our newly painted rooms below. They charged us to fix their mistake after paying them over $20,000.00 initially. When I complained about the charge for their oversight, the OWNER became very hostile and argued with me over the phone accusing us of trying to swindle him. He said he would put us on the "Blacklist" and would no longer do business with us...THAT WAS THE ONLY GOOD THING THEY EVER DID! I wouldn't use this company if they were FREE. RUN!!!

Great service and friendly staff. Corey came out and gave us a quote and was very transparent about the pricing. Tony and Mike did the installation. I would recommend them to everyone! They showed up on time and stayed until the job was finished, which was 10:00 pm. They were clean, and even offered to call Molly Maid to ensure everything was better than they found it.
I cannot thank you enough for the work you did!

Technician came to my home and reviewed my issue. He provided me with an initial verbal quote. As we talked more and as he talked to his manager over the phone, the quote kept increasing. Almost as if they were scheming to get more money out of me. The final quote I received was for $2000-$3000 to do a pan change out on my unit. I asked why the price had increased so much, and was told that they had overhead, great benefits, etc., and that they needed to cover their costs. When I said I was going to get a 2nd opinion, the tech tried to get me to commit and schedule the work right then. I ended up having another quote done by a very reputable company who has a greater presence in the area - they quoted me $500 for the exact same job. You have lost my trust Busy Bee and I will never call on you again.

Terrible experience with them! The owner is completly unprofessional and down right rude. After I called inquiring about the cost of replacing my thermostat and was told no one was in the office until Monday, he had the technician come back to my house and take it out and put the old one back in! He then told my husband that he wouldn't do business with someone who wasn't willing to pay! Which oh by the way the cost was OUTRAGEOUS! BEWARE! Completly terrible company! We will never do business with them again and nor should you!

Don’t waste your time or money. They’re overpriced, arrogant, and did not do the work they said they would (for the annual maintenance they do not clean the AC unit??
