I’m a first time homeowner and my AC unit wasn’t working great, it needed a nice tune up and it needed to be cleaned. The house was getting hot and the air flow was weak. So my home warranty company connected me to Air Serv.

I just want to rave on contractor pro, Gabriel Ruiz. Being a first time homeowner I had so many questions and I wanted someone to walk me through everything. Gabriel was at my house from 8 am to almost noon, taking the time to run all the tests and give my AC Unit a good clean and tune up. I will say that my air conditioner runs BETTER than ever!
The contractor answered every question I had and he was super kind with his time to help walk me through somethings with how my home is setup and what to look for. I feel confident and I now know everything I need to do to maintain and prevent future issues. The staff at Air Serv is super kind, Tammy who sets the appointments is great and so smart.
If you live in the middle Tennessee area this is a great company to look into.

Furnace went out. Called Air Serv and Tammy scheduled us for service right away, she was great, and took care of everything for us.. Dustin, came out and diagnosed everything, and put some options together for us. He ordered in our new unit right away, very thorough, he was friendly and professional.. Air Serv offers military discounts, I thought that was nice. They sent Terrance and Andrew out, these guys are pros and did a fantastic job. Terrance is highly skilled and experienced, walked me though everything, trained me on how to take care of all our new equipment. Our new unit is quiet, powerful, efficient. From start to finish, process was easy and affordable. Thanks Tammy, Dustin, Terrance, Andrew, and Air Serv! We ain't gonna freeze this winter now.

Arrived on a Saturday morning promptly. Evaluated the system, found the issue and discussed the options. The text communication is great! A picture is sent of the technician along with note stating the technician is on the way. On Monday, a different technician arrived with the new part and performed the service. Both technicians explained the issue, explained the options, the repair and were courteous. Will definitely be using Aire Serv of Mt. Juliet for future HVAC needs.

I put my request into Angie’s List on Memorial Day thinking I'd get a response next day...I was wrong! Lee called within five minutes and came out within an hour. No extra charge for the holiday! He took a look and our very old a/c needed to be replaced. He was very good about telling us our options and our prices right up front. His pricing was very fair and I had a good feeling about him so we agreed to replace the unit. He kindly agreed to come out the next morning since it was so hot out. We had a problem with our water line turning to gel and I called him at 8:30 that night. He said he'd be back in the morning. At 7 am he text me he was o his way! Had air by 8:30! I would highly recommend his services to everyone.

I had a great experience with Dustin from AireServ today. He came to give me a quote for repairing my dryer duct and ending up being able to fix it on the spot. You can tell that he likes his job and cares about his customers and I will definitely be calling this company again for future needs.

Came out same day got the AC working again. Very professional and explained every step of the process and what he was doing as well as his troubleshooting steps. Very reasonably priced highly recommend

Tammy at the office was awesome and the tech was very professional and knowledgeable! Will use them every time I need air services.
