Very pleased with Aire Serv of Mt. Juliet and their technician Will Joyner. He replaced my dryer vent and my dryer works better than it ever did. Will was very courteous and let me know the exact price to be paid before hand. He really did an excellent job. The company also has great communication to let me know about my appointment and who my technician would be.

Our service person, Matt, found an elusive problem with our gas furnace we dealt with last winter with no explanation. Matt performed a repair that should save us from dealing with the issue this winter. I guess we can eliminate our space heater supply now!

I got to say Aire Serv did a great job! They got a technician to my house quickly. Dustin was extremely knowledgeable and got my furnace up and running. Couldn't ask for better service.

Our dryer had not been drying properly for a week. I reached out for quotes on a Sunday evening and was contacted almost immediately to schedule for a few days later. Our technician was very polite and did a great job. When we figured out the vents weren't too bad, he also gave us an idea of some alternative issues, which we greatly appreciated!

First appt set between 4pm-6pm. No call/ No show. Recieved a call next day setting another appt showed up as promised and diagnosed the problem and is in the process of repairing the evaporator coil. So we'll see at the end of the job if my opinion changes on my rating.

Amazing place with amazing employees. They helped me through a difficult situation with a home warranty issue. I highly recommend!
