We came home to our house showing almost 90 in the dead heat of summer. Danny was at our house within 30 minutes of us calling, on a SUNDAY! He was able to diagnose and correct our problem the same day, AND came back out the following week just to check that everything was working correctly! Could not recommend better work or customer service! Thank you so much! You have a life long customers in the Fann’s!

Danny has been handling our A/C issues for almost 20 years. Always so prompt, friendly and very honest. Never any pressure to try to upsell. We recently did finally have to replace a unit and the final cost was actually almost 10% less than his estimate, Wow.

Beyond AMAZING at taking care of their customers. We just got back from vacation to snow on the ground single digits and a heating unit NOT working (inside was 51). Called Danny and he insisted on coming over at that very moment to help at Friday 8pm because he is just that kind of guy. Can’t recommend their services and care of customers ANY higher.

Yes something can be done!
I left a one star review because we were told nothing could be done about our heating and air problems. Danny Travis heating and air conditioning came back out and worked very hard to correct the problems. So, something could be done. There is still more work to be done but I’ve increased our rating from a one star to 4 stars because apparently, the effort is being made.

Anytime we had a problem they they was able to get to our home within a day or two!!! great customer service and as always been very polite. I can't comment on price cuz we rent. landlord took care of that but definitely would recommend based on experience with them
