We had 2 new systems installed about 2 months ago and it was conducted in an exceptional and professional manner. Recently, we noticed it was getting very warm upstairs. I contacted Jason who responded in an timely mannner and examined the matter thoroughly for us. Over the next few days we noticed some unexplainable rises in temperature and after all previous troubleshooting efforts, Jason installed another thermostat in place of the Nest thermostrat I purchased previously from a competitor in the heating and cooling industry. His persistence isolated the matter, the room is very comfortable and we are having the thermostat replaced at no cost to us. Jason and his team are incredible! I would HIGHLY recommend them!

We can not say enough good things about MACH. It all starts with Jason when he comes to your house and looks at what you have and what you need. Trust me, this will be an educational experience. You will learn more about what capacity you have currently, what capacity you have currently that is not properly utilized and what capacity you need. Their pricing was good. if there are problems in your existing set up (more air returns, poor duct work, etc.), he will identify those and explain why they are a problem. And its not some sort of upsell strategy, he is genuinely interested in educating us on our systems. Very helpful.
We were having our entire system replaced (three separate heating and air units). We had four different companies quote us. MACH was not the cheapest but they were by far the most thorough and we felt like their pricing was fair.
Next comes the installation. We really didn't know what to expect with this. In comes Dustin and Emmitt and they were just as solid as Jason. These guys cared about their work product. Our original inside units were on the third floor and they were a mess. Drainage pipes from the overflow pans running everywhere, each unit sitting at a jaunty angle, not good. It looks like a show piece now. Everything up there is neatly organized, the units are arranged in line and the filters are all very easily accessible (which was not the case before). Same thing on the outside.
Overall, this was a big purchase for us and we were nervous about getting a good product at a good price. MACH knocked it out of the park. I would recommend these guys to anyone. You will not regret using them and this is coming from a guy who entered into this process with a lot of trepidation. Thanks MACH!

Emmett came out to my house right on time and was very friendly and quick about repairing one of my AC units. For the job it was the cheapest quote I got and he was very professional. I definitely found my go to AC company in Memphis!

Service technician was thorough and competent. Upstairs unit was not cooling well prior to Service. Tech added 3 pounds of freon (410?). Systems seem to be cooling properly. Tech replaced all filters. Outdoor units look very clean.

Emmett was very professional and I appreciated him showing up wearing a mask and me not having to ask. He was informative with his diagnosis especially when he was explaining what needed to be done. He came out a day before the ice storm but said he would be back as soon as he could. He reached out and set up a time to come back right after the storm was over. He got our heat up and running in no time. Would definitely recommend this business!

I recently experienced a bad install of a new AC unit/furnace and a friend of mine referred me to MACHC, who'd recently installed his new unit. Jason and his team (Dustin & Emmitt) did a remarkable job, assessing my needs and repairing/replacing parts of my HVAC system to make it run properly and not sweat buckets of water from the attic into my living room ceiling. They were courteous, punctual (actually early), and knowledgeable about what was needed to get the unit running correctly. The install was neat and the system has been running great and pumping out frigid air. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

No brainer to hire this Memphis ac company. I do my due diligence to the nth-degree, and these guys came through with flying colors. I have just bought a house that has an attic conversion and to say cooling upstairs was lacking, would be the understatement of the year. Accessibility is extremely limited in and around the converted space, yet Jason and his team were up for the challenge. I had multiple a/c companies that refused to take on the project and 2 that later recanted their bids. Jason's technicians took my existing underutilized air conditioning unit, laid it down, added a new a/c plenum, which allowed for the addition of 4 new air feeds and 3 return vents with a ac damper system. Very tidy workmanship by Dustin and his tech, which is a massive plus - it looks great!
