Cannon Bros AC & Heat

I have used Cannon Brothers for several years and really liked the professionalism of Brian. Unfortunately, today I didn't get Brian.
I did get a tech completely shrouded in cigarette smoke, and I got to see his entire bottom.
The first thing he did when I showed him the HVAC units, was to break the cutoff switch on the wall, and then tell me "I can come out after working hours to fix that for $100." I declined, and I'm not sure he is a licensed electrician.
This visit I was charged $110. " just for (him) knocking on my door" (that's what he told me) and another $110 for the 1 hour he was here. That time also included him walking around to look at my poultry as well as him using my bathroom (he offered to use a tree!) I was never charged before for "drive time".
I called the office to ask about this seemingly, double charge, and was told "the service charge includes 1 hour of work, and the second charge was for his drive time from another job in Arlington". Arlington is 18 minutes (11 miles from my home off highway 14). After speaking with Melissa, she got a man on the phone who said "Jennifer, it is what it is. His time is valuable, and the truck costs money to run. Good bye."

We called Cannon to look at our A/C unit which wasn't blowing cold 1 day after having a horrible experience with Smith Mechanical, who never opened the unit but told us compressor needed to be replaced, and it would cost 3 times online quotes.
Barry from Cannon was polite, thorough, and fixed our problem (capacitor and low freon) in the same day.
We will definitely be a return customer.

They had the best price of all the vendors I called. They were very responsive to all my questions and phone calls. They showed up when they said they would. I will definitely use them again.

Ed from Cannon Bros AC & Heat knew exactly how to fix our issue. We turned on the AC for the first time and smelled gas from the vents, which was very alarming. Cannon Bros sent someone out same-day to check it out and within 5 minutes, Ed (who was friendly and professional) found the source of the issue and fixed it. Appreciate the team sending someone out quickly and resolving it!

They were recommended by a friend who had used them for years. My ductwork was destroyed when a raccoon got in my attic. Their bid was considerably lower than the other firms. I checked their work and researched how ductwork should be installed. They exceed my expectations. I recommended them to someone in my church and Cannon’s price for a new unit was below their other bids and they got the top of the line brand unit. I also had them come out to fix a problem with my cold air returns not covered by my home warranty. They charged me less than the technician who was there wanted to charge for half the repairs they made.

I called Wednesday morning and was told they were full and could not get to us, but they ended up calling my husband to say a tech was on the way. The tech, I think his name was Brian, was very nice and professional. He fixed the problem in no time and at a much cheaper price than another HVAC company quoted me. I would highly recommend calling Cannon Bros before any other HVAC company!

I had a bad experience with Conway Services trying to capitalize on R22 no longer being manufactured. Cannon Bros was honest and fair. Brian the tech was excellent! It's nice to know some businesses still operate with honesty and integrity.

We just recently had to replace two heating and air systems in our home and we were very pleased with the job that Cannon Brothers did for us. They were very professional, had a fair price, and very good product choices.

I find Cannon Brothers to be easy to deal with, everyone is personable, professional and reliable. They perform the work that is necessary and/or requested; they don't try to sell you. Recommend

They had very fair pricing and were friendly. I will definitely use them again. A lot of other companies try to make a week salary on one job but these guys were reasonable.
