This company has no business in business, I received the worst service from this company, customer service is the worst, I'm actually surprise they are in business, don't do any business with this company, you will regret it, I was with residential M.D, they were sent to my home to repair my A.C through this company and let the games begin, they were unreliable, the only concern they had was the 85 dollar deductible they are to receive once they come out, they tried to say it wasn't covered by the warranty and I had to pay out of pocket for them to repair it which was bullcrap. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. We had a technician come out twice to trouble shoot the A/C unit. Both times the technician stated that the A coil was fine and that we did not have a leak. During the second visit the technician acted like he did not want to do any type of repairs and told us to wait a few days. Our house was 76 degrees. We called another company and they immediately found the leak and we had to have the entire system replaced after paying A Air-One $415 to clean the units and add Freon.

This company is staright up BS we were told that they would take care of everything for 1500 to 2000 and we ended up paying more.we were told that they will bring an excavator and then they will
take the mud away and bring sand and gravel to fill up the hole. which wasnt done, they had their men working most of the time there were only two men working and the lady at the desk said
that there were more then 3 men out there. which is a lie and then she said that the boss also came yes he came at the time the leak was found and all he did was he went to go buy a part.
1st they sent in their men with jackhammer to dig up the parking lot how can you do that wth a jack hammer? C'mon man. ALSO WE HAD TWO OF THEIR GUYS STANDING WITH US
WHEN WE TALKED TO THE BOSS ABOUT THE PRICE AND THEY EVEN TOLD US THAT IS THE REASONBLE PRICE.
I had to give one star but I wish I got give no star.

Here is a recap of my experience:
• On or about Feb 2019 I placed a service call to AirOne to look at electrical problem at a Condo I owned and was tenant occupied
• The service stated the problem was a faulty feeder wire running from the outside meter to inside main electrical panel
• The service person quoted a price to have work done, approx. 2100.00
• I agree and he started the work in Feb 2019
• After two weeks, the service person stated that he could not affect the repairs
• Another 3 MONTHS go by without any contact from AirOne, during the 3 months, I find out that the service person had not reported the work to AirOne and was in effect, working off the books and the repair proved to be beyond his skill level.
• I subsequently was able to speak with the owner(David), he was able to get the service done and I paid him $2280.00
• In July of 2020, the tenant reported a problem with outlets upstairs of the Condo, I place a call to AirOne to look at the problem
• Two months later in September of 2020, after a couple of calls to AirOne, I was able to chat with owner
• The owner stated that it would be about 2 to 3 weeks before he could even get out to look at the problem and that he really did not want to do any more work at the Condo
The purpose of filing this compliant is to document the gross incompetency of this business, I want the buyer to be aware of the shotty business practices of this company.
