One more business that's policy has changed to not sell to anyone without a contractor/business license. Absolutely pathetic

Note: Wasn't but a few months ago I bought multiple parts without a business/contractor license without issue. Just to be told by an employee (the day of the review) that thay changed their policy and will no longer sell parts to individuals without business/contractor info.

Hopefully all local businesses don't change their policy, as I'm afraid the homeowner with enough knowledge to fix their own issues won't be able to get parts locally anymore.

They require masks, and having been effected personally with the virus, I can vouch that this company cares about its employees, customers, and vendors over the “Anti” crowd that won’t listen to health officials. In the hotel world I have frequently purchased from Johnston Supply throughout the years. They are courteous, prompt with responses, have great pricing and LISTEN to their customers for the best way to serve their needs!! Thank you to the amazing rockstars that work and own this business for being a service focused organization. 😊 😃

Having trouble with the review button to give them the five star rating. Interacted today with Dennis and Natalie well I was checking on some prices from for some HVAC supplies. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff at this store where I've been coming for more than 10 years and continue to come from the old store on Western avenue. Prices are decent for the Goodman products as well as the supplies. Nice job folks

Masks required as well as offering delivery, curbside pickup, AND providing lockers outside to those who cannot (will not) wear masks so that they’re items can be picked up without entering the store. Wholesale only but serving the Knoxville community AND doing their part to keep everyone healthy.

Easily my first choice in HVAC supplies. David Cross runs this Parts business like a champ! I'm always treated extremely well going in the front door til the time I leave. David is personally involved with orders coming in and parts going out making sure everything is correct. Saves me a lot of time and return trips compared to the other vendors in the Knoxville area.

Excellent customer service starts at the top, David Cross is without a doubt the most professional and proficient HVAC man in the business!

I am a big fan of interaction with people that truly care about their customers and their community before you hear about their product itself.

Won’t sell a capacitor to an electrical contractor, so purchased it elsewhere, which is moderately hilarious as HVAC techs don’t have the experience or training that EC’s do when it comes to motors, motor starters, or motor circuits, and wiring.
