Henshaw's Heating & Air Conditioning

We have had a few weeks of very frustrating air conditioning problems. After multiple visits, we came to the conclusion that the best option for us was to go with a new unit. The guys at Henshaw’s have been very friendly, helpful and worked hard to get us cool again!

Henshaw's installed a new Rudd heat pump at my home and did an excellent job. They are professional, courteous, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new or replacement unit. I will definitely use them in the future.

Andy was excellent to deal with even though the warranty company was dragging their feet on approving the necessary part. Very highly recommended and thanks for being patient with me constantly calling to check the status!!

I contracted with Henshaws to install all new ductwork in an old home. Sales was really pushy for a new furnace, and would call or stop by my home every day. I was very open and forward with the sales guy the entire time, telling him it was out for bid with many different companies, and would accept a quote from them. Part of the installation quote from Henshaw included installation of some additional registers and 3 additional returns, and full replacement of everything existing (the existing ductwork was in pretty bad shape).
Henshaw only installed one of the written agreement of 4 returns, and re-used an old one, without replacing the ductwork. They did install all the new registers, except one which I told them I was okay not installing due to the inconvenient location.
When I went in to pay my bill and ask why the amount was not less money, even though the job wasn’t completed as quoted, the owner wouldn’t even talk to me about it, only threaten to put a lean on my home.
If you enjoy being taken advantage of, lied to, and cheated out of your money this is the company to choose. Stay away, they are dishonest and will do whatever they feel like on the installation regardless of what they agree to do, and then charge you a price for work you didn't ask them to do.

Henshaw's did an outstanding job. They were on time and under budget. The service techs were very professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them for any AC or heating need you may have.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Henshaw's Heating & Air! They did what most places don't do anymore....exactly what they said they would. I would recommend Henshaw's to anyone!! A special shout out to Andy Robinson for his professionalism & quick response!
