They are great. Bought our system from them 4 years ago. We recently called at 8AM on a Sunday and left a message our air conditioner was out. They called right back, came over and had it fixed by 9 o'clock. Super nice to boot.

We had you guys come out 2 weeks ago. The lady who answered the phone was awesome and was able to have someone come out same day. Rod had great customer service skills and worked fast to get our ac working again. Definitely will use you guys in the future.

We were told someone would be out between 7pm and 8pm last night by the lady in the office. We waited and no one came. This morning we received a call at 9am saying that he had been told to come at 10 am today. He did a good job but their weekend prices were basically additional 30% or more on everything done. We will go back to the company we have used for years.

They were professional, fast, and effective. They went out of their way to fix my HVAC late in the day on Friday so I didn't have to wait until Monday. I will definitely use them in the future.

My air conditioning died on a Sunday. Justin called me back within 15 minutes and was at my house within an hour. My air was up and running again soon after he arrived. Efficient, excellent customer service, which is why I only will call Haskins for my AC and heating system.
