Haskins has always done a good job for us. Installation of current unit was great and service has always been good. Rod comes by yearly and checks my unit and seems very thorough, I have been very happy with the overall service which I have so far received.

Called Haskins not only on a Sunday, but Father's Day. Robert called back within less than 30 minutes. Had AC running in no time. Very professional and very pleased with service. Will definately refer to anyone.

There was no 3-4 hour window, just a 30 min window and he arrived right on time with a text stating he was on his way. Robert was the tech and he personified the great reputation that the Joelton Haskins maintains. In fact, every tech that has been at my home has worked at Haskins for many years. That alone speaks volumes, as well as their expertise. Most impressive!

I Contacted Haskins yesterday about my heat and ac unit not working upstairs. They offered to come out yesterday as long as the bad weather stayed out of our area. I requested an appointment for today. The technician came out and was the same gentleman that had been out a couple of other times. Rod is very very nice, fast, and great at what he does. He had us fixed up in no time. Because of the customer service and people like Rod, we will continue to call Haskins for our heating and air needs!!

We first purchased a unit from Haskins about 6 years ago, along with replacing duct work. We have been very pleased with our a/c unit and especially with our regular 6 months service checks! We recently had Haskins install a zone system in our home for a preexisting unit, to allow for better control between our basement and main floor living areas. The job was handled very professionally and when completed performed just as we wanted giving individual control of each floor. The install included additional duct work, vents, control center, and 2 new ecobee 3 lite thermostats. The ease and flexibility of the new system controls have been great for our family.

Robert came out and quickly diagnosed and repaired my issue. He was very professional, took the time to explain the repair, and also engaged with me in future options available for continued care of my HVAC unit. I would highly recommend Haskins to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Heat stopped working, I informed them of the job before coming out. They sent someone out who told me what I told them was wrong then said he didn't have time to fix it. But did say that I could pay even more for them to come out days from now to fix it. He left the power off and the outside box open with the plug laying on the ground then made sure to charge for a service call when it was exactly what I had already told them and nothing got fixed or worked on.
