I called Hillard to come check out my HVAC system when it quit heating. They were able to come out the same day and actually were on their way less than 30 minutes after I had called. The problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly, and i was very happy with the pricing. I'll definitely be using them again if there's another issue in the future.

Our service tech, Brad, was personable, knowledgeable and willing to explain to this normally adequate DIY’er where the issue was on our geothermal unit within 30 minutes. Though I was mindful of his time, he allowed me to “hover” a bit and watch what he was doing. He took the time to help me understand more about my system and answered my questions patiently and thoroughly! Thanks Brad! I’m happy!

Dale called to ask if it would be okay to arrive early ahead of our appointment time. He was polite & professional and friendly. He knew exactly what to do and offered maintenance tips. We are always satisfied with Hiller services.

We had a major water leak & the entire staff was wonderful! A lady got us worked into the schedule and the guy came out and got us fixed up for the time being. A project manager even came out to give us pricing on all new water pipes. Super fast, friendly and extremely helpful! We appreciate you and are very satisfied with your service.
