Technician Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, and he explained everything. He was an excellent electrical technician.

They will not honor their maintenance club agreement. It will run out before you can get maintenance service on it, and they will not extend it. New HVAC system failed within 15 minutes after installation was complete, then the unit leaked all over the basement within a month. Their repair service technician said the leak was caused by their own faulty installation. Find any other company.
