Service was outstanding. Friendly and helpful staff and techs. Price was as quoted and fair. Great overall experience. Replaced everything needed and there was no mess left behind.They have a great warranty as well.

Josh and Chris were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping checking out my air flow situation. They also discovered a couple of issues and were quick to determine what needed to be done. I also got a lesson on how to take care of my gas fireplace. :-)

Summer in Chattanooga is no time to be without air conditioning. One of my units stopped working, so I called AirSystems. They were friendly and courteous - and were able to get someone onsite to attend to the problem in a couple of hours. Tony, the onsite technician, was fantastic. He was able to diagnose the issue and have the air back in working order very quickly. He also took the time to check and double check the system and make sure that everything was in top shape to avoid another service call.

I highly recommend AirSystems. It's great to have a company to call that is reliable and can be trusted.

AirSystems does a really good job. I looked at a bunch of builders a few years back when picking a home in Ooltewah and their installs are always clean and well planned out. All their homes were using nice quality rigid duct trunk lines and short flex duct runs out to the registers. Good Stuff. I would love to see some passive jump ducts used in bedrooms and an active return in the master but no one seems to be doing that around here.

We were out of town on vacation and got back late on a Saturday night, walked in the house and immediately was hit by a hot 85 degrees. I made the call to AirSystems Unlimited at 10pm and they were right out here the next morning, right on time. Great service and the problem was fixed. Great company, highly recommend.

Our A/C went out not once but twice in one day and they were very responsive and helpful in getting it fixed for us!

After calling an unnamed local company and having my appointment blown off not once, but twice...I called another unnamed local company which gave away my appointment because I did not answer when they called but returned their call within 5 minutes. Worried about what to do with my AC not functioning properly with family coming in to town for the weekend I called Air Systems Unlimited. I spoke with their representative at 9:30a.m. hoping for an appointment before the weekend. Much to my suprise, a technician was at my house by 4p.m. He was very friendly and straightforward. He recharged my refrigerant and added dye to test for a leak. He informed me of all possibilities and gave me quotes for each outcome. I also asked him what he thought about my upstairs unit. He informed me that it would be $45 to inspect an additional unit but respectfully told me it appeared to be in functioning order and I may want to skip that for this visit. Straightforward, honest service is very hard to come by. I would definitely recommend this to anyone including friends and family.
