Great Job - Fixed a Hard Problem. These guys were super. Jamie and Chris came out and accurately diagnosed a very difficult problem with my lukewarm and low pressure 3 valve shower. They were very friendly, very knowledgeable, professional and did not give up till the job was complete and I was extremely satisfied. Their dispatcher Stefanie was also extremely nice and prompt with answering my calls. Highly, Highly recommend.

The manager, Stephanie, was extremely professional and responsive to an emergency situation that I was faced with while traveling. I have a home warranty company that made it really stressful to to get my busted water heater fixed quickly. Stephanie went above and beyond, even calling the warranty company for me and tentatively scheduling me in while still waiting on the warranty process. I am so thankful for both the plumber assigned to this and Stephanie's compassion, understanding, and help to get everything fixed timely. I will definitely use them in the future with or without the warranty company.

If you need a plumber this is definitely the company you will want to come out. They are the best company that I have dealt with in a really long time. I was pleased with Jamie's work. I have request that my warranty company only send Pro Install to my home in the future.

Though they were limited in what they could do for our particular problems (the magic of a First American Home Warranty), Pro-N-Stall has been the most professional and attentive plumbing service we have had in our home. I had a problem with my HVAC system and handled it through our home warranty company:
Select Home Warranty back in November 2020. They sent a technician from Pro-n-stall to my home to evaluate the problem and see what the issue was with my heater. The technician they sent informed us that it was a cracked heat exchanger and that it would cost upwards of $4,000 to get the item fixed. The technician stated some very unprofessional things which caused me to want to get a second and third opinion before moving forward with the repair. I hired 2 different licensed HVAC technicians and had them come out to identify what the issue was with my HVAC. I was right to get separate opinions because both technicians confirmed that the Heat Exchanger was NOT cracked. I had to pay out of pocket to fix my unit through a different company. Pro-n-stall submitted their diagnosis of my unit to the warranty company and the warranty company refused to refund the money I paid out of pocket and refused to relook at my claim. I informed the warranty company that it was a misdiagnosis and even sent them the receipt and the diagnosis from the two other licensed HVAC Technicians, but they would not change their mind because the technician from the Pronstall had already sent them their report stating the heat exchanger was cracked, even though it was not. I reached out to the manager for Pronstall for assistance and she quickly reached out to my Warranty company directly and let them know that their technician had misdiagnosed the issue and to please issue me my refund. Fast forward to December 2020, I am still being given the run around from my Warranty company because of the initial misdiagnosis from Pronstall. I reached out again to the manager last month January 2021 to ask for assistance as I was still going back and forth with the Home Warranty company about my refund and did not receive any further assistance. The warranty company was still telling me they would not change their resolution for my claim because they were still going off of the original diagnosis sent in by Pronstall about my ‘cracked’ heat exchanger. It’s February 2021 and I am still arguing with my warranty company bout my HVAC unit. All of this would have been avoided if the technician had not lied and had been honest and not misdiagnosed my unit.

Will Williams was the technician he found the problem in a short time and had my AC running. This was during the heat wave. I would definitely use this company again. They were sent to me my home warranty company Select Home Wareanty.

I really appreciate these guys timely manner in fixing my water heater. Very courteous and did a fine job fixing it at a very affordable rate. Will call them in the future for all my plumbing work needed.

The tech came while I was at work. He did not make my wife feel uncomfortable and even was ok with her recording him. He answered all of her (what probably seemed like silly) questions. Would definitely recommend this company

Company came out over three times to replace a sump pump. Replaced it the first time. Leaked four days later. Two weeks after that it leaked again. Now I’m on the fourth time and my garage stinks and they couldn’t come out immediately. Plus since it has been over 30 days since their last screw up they want another service call. DO NOT USE!!!
