Absolutely phenomenal customer service experience. I called Owen to fix my air conditioner. He came out that same evening and quickly diagnosed the problem. He acquired the needed part and fixed my unit in the dark. I am so grateful to Owen for his willingness to help me in the midst of a heat wave. 100% would recommend!

They answered the phone immediately and were at my house within 3 hrs to fix my broken light switches and outlets. The tech was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He had the issues all fixed immediately. And the price was way less than I expected it to be! Very affordable, amazing service. Will use them again.

Owen did an amazing job!!!!! One of the most professional people we've worked with. He replaced four ceiling lights with ceiling fans and replaced a bunch of other lights. Very honest, with very fair rates. He's also a nice guy that was fun to hang out with. We will absolutely be doing business with him again! Six Stars!!!!!!

I just had Eaton HVAC do some work on the ducts for my AC unit and Owen is AMAZING! He is very honest and thorough and wasn't trying to sell me more than what I needed. I had a million questions by the way and he was very patient with me. He is officially my go-to HVAC guy and I would recommend him to everyone!

I called Mr. Eaton on a saturday morning and he showed up in less than 20 minutes. I explained to him that my condenser unit was tripping the circuit breaker and didn't knew what was wrong. I had been burned before by big companies before, so i had done some trouble shooting in my part to rule out the compressor. Turns out Eaton did his trouble shooting and found nothing wrong with the compressor. He determined the my unit capacitor, and hard start kit were bad and explained with detail how they tend to go bad every few years. He replace the parts, check my freon levels found them to be in good condition. He suggested that my unit didn't need replacement and even though its of age, I should run it until there's nothing left of it. In the mean time start saving for a new unit in the future. But I should have plenty of service left out of my current unit.

I was extremely happy with the diagnosis, the service, his honesty and price. Now my unit is running a tip top condition and I couldn't be happier. I know who I'm calling from now on every summer and fall.

Owen did a wonderful job on replacing my ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom. Both ceilings are very tall and he had the equipment needed to take care of it. He was in and it in about an hour, cleaned up afterwards and even helped me move the couch out of the way. I highly recommend him!

I called Owen this morning and he was at my house within 15 mins on a Sunday. (I was referred by another one of his satisfied clients, I'm new to the area so I don't know anyone.) His pricing was very fair and he comes in and gets the job done. Very professional!

I was referred to Eaton through my boss to help with an AC issue I had. My fan motor was out and I'd have no AC for the summer; I was quoted a price of $550 by another company, for the repair. Mr. Eaton came out about 30min after I called him, ON A SUNDAY!!! He had the work completed under an hour and the finished price wasn't even HALF of what another company quoted! Very friendly gentleman and didn't mind passing information on about other discrepancies the competition mentioned. This review is not meant to discredit the competitor ( the reason I didn't mention them) but to say, I wish I had found Eaton sooner. Look no further for your electrical repairs, this company is fair and honest!

Very knowledgeable, and the Prices are very reasonable. I had an issue with my HVAC system and he was able to come fix it the same day. I would recommend him to anyone that needed work done.
