Randy was on time and efficient. I had not had my system PM'd in 6 years and he took care of everything I needed to be ready for the summer. We have always had HVAC system check-ups every spring and fall. Last fall, one of the big HVAC companies recommended replacement of one of our two units. I called R&R for a second opinion. R&R said we did not need to replace it. Instead, they cleaned the burners, flame sensor and collection boxes. I get straightforward advice and no up-sell from R&R.
