I called Cheatman Heating & Cooling. Dillon was quick to respond he was out here the very next day and arrived early. Within a couple of minutes he was able to diagnose my A/C unit and determine what the problem was.

He was able to get the part and fix it the same day. Dillon was kind professional and honest. I called other A/C companies that wanted to overcharge me and give me the run around. Dillon literally had my A/C units fixed within the hour. I have kids so this was a big life saver since its been humid out and the weather has been all over the place. I will definitely be using his services again in the future.

Dillon came out during the hot spell to check my unit. It ended up I didn't need any service and was just charged a very reasonable call charge. He appeared upfront and honest.. I would definitely call on him again. He was a recommendation from a neighbor.

Just barely had some cool air that was blowing out the ventilation. (It was very hot, muggy weather...of course!) Unit froze up and even after thawing and basic troubleshooting it wouldn’t work. With thoughts of having to replace the old unit and developing breathing issues, I found Cheatham. Dillon was able to find the issue, which happened to be with the ductwork under the house and was able to quickly fix...didn’t need anything else! Don’t even know how much $$$ he saved us?! He came out so quickly and within the hour had my air back up and cooling. His prices were FAR less (about $4,800 less) than what I was previously quoted and he was very honest about what needed to be done now and what things could wait.
