Great experience! They came to our business within an hour of calling them. The technician was thorough in explaining the problems, went to work on them immediately, and stayed until he knew things were running properly again. Highly recommend !

I had an issue with my unit on the weekend. I called and the tech was able to make it out the same day. I originally asked what the cost would be for the service call which was $79. He failed to mention that there would also be a $59 diagnostic fee, and they charged me $250 for a run capacitor which I can order online for $18 plus shipping. I called around to other competitors, and they all quoted a more modest amount of $35-$50 for the same part.

I was happy with the quick response, but I'm very unhappy about being charged over $400 for a 25 minute job and an $18 part.

Southeast Air installed a unit for my mother in law and did an outstanding job. Showed professionalism during the whole process! Then two days later actually called to follow up on the install and asked if we had any other questions! I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

My father owned several rental properties in the Chattanooga area and has used this company for years.. always very prompt and courteous. It has been nice to work with a company who is not automatically trying to sell you an entire new unit. Several repairs were made to our properties and prices were always competitive and techicians were knowledgeable.

I have used Southeast Air systems each time I move to a new home for my HVAC units, gas piping, and water heaters. I have always had exceptional service and recommend them to all my friends and family. I have known many of the employees for years and trust them. They always recommend what is best for my situation at the time of service. They are always willing to work with me and always do the right thing. It makes me so sad to see a bad review on a company’s page. When I do, I always do my research and check the validity of the review. I was shocked to see a negative review for Southeast but then when checking further, I found that some individuals can never be satisfied and want something for nothing. Always read all reviews and make your own judgment to do what you feel is right. This company has been around for decades in a family that would give you the shirt of their back and has a history to show it. I would highly recommend Southeast and I can back up my review. 5 ⭐️ ‘s!!!!

Great service! You can always count on these guys!

I had these guys come out and look at my air conditioner, they said they fixed it and charged me $300. The next day it was broke again and they wanted $600 to actually fix it. I told them I wasn’t paying $600 or the $300 sense they didn’t fix anything. A month later I’m getting random charges where there taking every penny off my card 40$ here $20 there like 3 or 4 times. Then today I get hit with $200 now I’m stranded with no money for gas at work. This is ridiculous!

Can't say enough great things about this Company. They are honest and reliable. No, they may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and quality matters both in equipment and employees when it comes to heat and air systems. I would highly recommend this Company for repairs on the old unit, purchasing a new unit or even having a water heater installed.

The crew at Southeast Air Systems is awesome! I used them for repairs at my mother's home in Chattanooga and they did an excellent job. When you find a company that is honest and does what they say they will do you stick with them. Give them a call for all your HVAC needs, you won't regret it!

This company advertises 24 hour emergency service however when I called at 8pm I had to leave a message for someone to call me back. When the guy called back he said it would be tomorrow because "he had worked all day and had sleep sometime but would let someone know to call us back tomorrow." This for sure does not sound like 24hr service to me. We called another company and they were out within the next hour.
