Found the issue quickly and presented multiple repair options! Hands down one the BEST Customer Service experiences I’ve had with any Service Company! Dale and his crew and awesome, installed a mini split for our upstairs. Very professional, on time and priced well for the services you will receive.

Dale and his guys have been taking care of all of equipment for a couple years now, including service calls, maintenance, and installing new units for us. Highly recommended!

I was behind one of their trucks and it was moving from shoulder to opposite lane over and over. I called the number on the truck and spoke to the driver and started recording it, he sarcastically thanked me and then brake checked me. Your employees reflect your type of business. Will never use or recommend them.

After Dale was told my unit was leaking freon, he then put more freon in and something that he said would stop the leak. He said it would last several months but it only lasted 1 day and then demanded payment. Thankfully I called Hanna' s Heating and Air in which he said Dale was out for money because he knew that it was a leak and shouldn't have never put more freon in my unit!

Very professional and courteous. My cooling system stopped working this morning.Brights Heating and Air was able to get the system working again.I know this is a busy time of year for them and was expecting a several days wait.I highly recommend Brights Heating and Air.Thank you for the quick service!

Contacted via their website and by phone. Zero follow up by Bright. One star reflects lack of communication not quality of Bright's work, which is unknown.

Just left my house a few minutes ago. The service done on my ac unit was great. They were very professional and respectful and I will gladly use them again.

If you need HVAC work done Dale Bright is your man. I have referred him to other people where I live, and I would not use anyone else.
