A loud noise that a new 2 1/2 ton HVAC unit I had Tri City Fuel &
Heating Co Inc install at my home was making was resolved in good faith by Tri-City at no extra cost to me. They replaced the fan that was making the noise with a fan of a different design and that quieted the noise down substantially . The Tri City personal during the process to fix the noise problem were always professional and courteous. I
recommend Tri City to anyone having to have any heating or AC work
done.

My heat went out over the weekend and these folks delivered space heaters to my door to
get me to Monday when the needed part would be available. Great company.

Terrible customer service. Carol is so rude and gives incorrect information over the phone, acting as a buffer for issues such as incorrect installation-which is what they did at our house- and denying that there is any problem!! We are waiting to see how management deals with this.

Told me I needed new air conditioning. Love checked and fixed and did not ned new air conditioning. Only $200!!!
