Of course on the hottest day of the year so far, the HVAC stopped working at my grooming salon. Having it cool in the store is a necessity and I called at least half a dozen different company but Joseph at AirPro was the ONLY one who answered the phone himself and said he could be at my store in 45 minutes! Other companies either never called me back at all and one said the earliest they could come was Tuesday(This was Thursday!) He quickly assessed the problem and got to work. Working in the horrible heat, he never lost his professionalism and kind demeanor. I won't even think twice the next time I need a pro to take care of my HVAC. Thank you!

4/16 The technician checked our HVAC issues and sent a quote. I sent email back and forth 22 times exactly. I have evidences. The technician came to my house yesterday(4/27) and checked the attic and he said he will measure the unit size(4/28) and install the new unit tomorrow(4/29). So, I signed for my loan and everything on 4/27. And Guess what? He came today(4/28) and he said he cannot do it because my attic does not have enough space. Also, he mentioned I need to make bigger hole for air which he didn't mention when I signed the contract. I think this is very NOT professional. He didn't do a very first job he was supposed to do at the very beginning. I am not an expert about HVAC, so I just trust the technician and I was ready to pay for the service. But, everything is messed up. I wasted my time from 4/16. This is very awful.
