I had a gas water heater that was leaking. It was about 20 years old. Called the folks at AirPro on a Saturday morning and received a call back within an hour. Got an estimate and scheduled an installation. Joe Davis Jr. and his brother arrived on time and did a good professional job. This is the first time I’ve had the need to do something like this, was glad I picked this business to do the job. Highly recommend AirPro.

Our water heater stopped working after 6 years and was under warranty. After 2 weeks of trying to get a plumber to call us back, we found AirPro and they not only returned our call, they continued to be responsive. They did a great job at dealing with the warranty and getting us a new water heater.

AirPro came twice because both of the air conditioning units in my house broke down within a few months of each other. In both cases, it was a loss of coolant to blame. Joe refilled each time and explained I might need to replace the coils or even the whole units in the future. He gave me the costs on these alternatives. I decided to wait and see on the more expensive options, but if they are needed, I'll be sure to call AirPro again. Joe was very professional and kept me informed of his work even though I was hundreds of miles away at the time of repairs.
