Blanton & Sons - Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

Brian did an excellent job working with a damaged motor from the distributor to fix our old AC package unit. On-the-spot problem solving with parts from the old motor and he had our AC working again in under 2 hours. Hats off to Brian, Nate (who got the old fan blade off for reuse), Lexi and Tori for working thru a tough situation to get us back up and running. We have always used Blanton’s and will continue to do so.

Our almost 30 year old hot water heater started leaking on a Saturday night. I called Blanton's and they had someone out on Monday to quote and order a new unit. They were in house the next day and the unit was completely replaced, up to code and a new drain installed as well. Their price was exactly what I expected. Their techs worked hard to get our system back up and running. They have earned our business moving forward.

John K from Blanton's was at our home today to do a yearly check on our system and was VERY professional and courteous and did a great job in making sure our equipment was running properly. He totally explained all that was entailed in what he did.... I would absolutely recommend this company as they were the ones who also installed our equipment and did an excellent job then and an excellent job today!

I moved into my new apartment Saturday and I noticed the cold water would not run through my washing machine. I called my landlord and he said to call Blanton & Son's. Luckily, Tori got me scheduled first thing Monday morning. I recieved a confirmation text message and a dispatch text letting me know that the Service Tech Mike was on his way. Mike was efficient. He showed up with everything needed to repair the issue and got everything working before the afternoon! I would highly recommend Blanton & Son's for any plumbing needs!

Great experience working with these guys! We bought our house with an old ac unit that was on its last leg. Nathan was very knowledgable and helped us fix it a few times before it finally broke completely. We bought our new ac unit from them and they were able to schedule an install in just a few days and even gave us window units to help keep ourselves cool in the meantime. It only took them like 5-6 hours to install an indoor and outdoor unit. These guys are professional and honest. We went with them over some of the "cheaper" guys because we knew we could trust them to do great work. We will be using them for all of our (hopefully VERY DISTANT) future AC needs. You are in good hands with Blanton's & Sons!

This was our first experience using Blanton's and we will not do so again. Before even having them out, we had issues scheduling with the customer service representatives. They didn't seem to understand my questions and had difficulty scheduling appointments. A technician was supposed to be at our house between 1-2 for a routine maintenance/check-up of our system because our AC was running fine, but we wanted to make sure it was in peak condition before summer. At 2:45 no one had come and no one had called. We called the company, and they said our technician would be out within 30 minutes. 2 hours later they finally showed up. They started maintaining the unit and then the time came to turn it back on and it would not turn on. They said it was a faulty switch that showed signs of burn marks and they would have to come back later to fix. When they came to give us our invoice, the technician apologetically said they had to charge us a diagnostic fee on top of the cleaning fee and will later charge us the replacement fees. We questioned this as it was working fine until they touched it and they said there was nothing they could do. While we could have been okay with the replacement fees for the part (even though it was fine until they touched it) to be charged an extra $100 to diagnose a problem they created is a slap to the face. We had requested a plumbing quote from them, but we will be taking our business elsewhere.
