Blanton & Sons - Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

Anthony and James installed my new heat pump and were wonderful. They removed the old system, cleaned up the mess and installed the new system, checked the flow out of the vents and the air and heat. They were professional, pleasant, and thorough. This is our second house using Blanton and Sons and continue to be pleased.

Mike Barrett worked on my hot water heater Mike was very professional, friendly and very respectful, he would explain everything in a professional way, he would continue working on the project until it’s fix. I have been with Blanton for 4 years and would highly recommend them. They also did excellent work on my AC.

I called Blanton and Sons when my air conditioner quit cooling. Jeffery, their technician, came out a few hours later and diagnosed the problem. He explained clearly and concisely what needed to be done and I trusted his knowledge and experience. I recommend Blanton and Sons whole heartedly.

We've never used Blanton and Sons services. We had an emergency with our Tankless Hot Water system. We looked up plumbing companies and called Blanton and Sons. They were very nice and said they would have a technìcian out after he finished a call he was on. Their technician John came out that day (on a Sunday) within a couple of hours. John was super professional and knowledgeable. We learned so many things about our system from him. He fixed our issue quickly. We will be using Blanton and Sons services for all of our A/C and plumbing needs.

Blanton and Sons was able to get Justin to come out on a holiday to assess and give estimates on repairing and/or replacing our unit. He was very professional and explained everything and took pictures of all pf the problem areas were. Blanton and Sins are going to be able to replace our unit within a few days. Thank you!!

Service was fast and efficient- technician Dean really knew his stuff and kept me informed throughout the work project. As a result, our A/C is working better than ever despite the heat wave! Thanks to Dean and the B&S team!

Our AC unit died late Friday night. I called Blanton & Sons on Saturday morning, and Sarah was able to dispatch someone over to diagnose the situation. By lunch time on Saturday, I had a quote in hand and an appointment for installation of a new HVAC system on Tuesday. Justin and his crew worked tirelessly all day Tuesday to install our new system. They were prompt, thorough, efficient, and left the house cleaner (and so much cooler) than they found it. From text messages with pictures of each employee that would be onsite to Justin’s friendly customer service, I cannot say enough good things about Blanton & Sons. They made what could have been a nightmare experience so much more manageable!

Jeffery performed a complete inspection and service of the two systems at my home today. He took his time, listened to my concerns and addressed every issue. No unnecessary additional services were recommended. My first experience with Blanton. He represented his company well! Good man!

Allie in the office worked so hard to get a technician to my house since I had no AC and my dog was suffering. John came very early so I could make it work and get problem fixed. Blanton and Sons will be my new company from now on!! Everyone went above and beyond to help us!!
