We are so grateful for this company. They have done an amazing job troubleshooting our air conditioning system that was faulty due to poor AC installation from the original AC installation company during our office build in 2018. They were able to squeeze us into their schedule during their high volume season, much to our patients delight so they wouldn’t have to sit in a muggy healthcare office. They even had one of their technicians come out on Father’s Day to help get us up and running. Great company, great guys and great customer service!

I called Thrasher's to see if I could get a technician to check my disabled neighbor's heat pump. It was very hot and the neighbor had just returned home after several months in a medical facility. His air conditioner was not operating and his home was not habitable. Tony, from Thrashers, made a priority service call and had the heat pump repaired in minutes after arriving. Tony's willingness to expedite this repair for the sake of helping a neighbor with very limited options speaks volumes about his character and his company. Our air went out on a Saturday so we weren’t expecting it to be fixed until Monday. We had never used Thrasher Heating and Air, but saw great reviews so thought we would give them a try, as we had never been overly pleased with any of our services in the past. I got a voicemail when I called and left a message. I quickly received a text from Tony saying he was on another job but could he give us a call when finished. Sure enough, he called saying he had just finished up with that job and would head our way. It was 6:30 on a Saturday evening. He came out and got our air working again very quickly. We were so impressed with how responsive and professional he was - and that he was able to fix our air so quickly. We think we’ve finally found our AC guy!

Tony came highly recommended by a friend when I needed to get my AC running at the beginning of summer. After six years in Piedmont and various heating and air vendors, I finally found a thorough, efficient, affordable, punctual, and affable technician. Tony Thrasher worked four hours thoroughly cleaning our outdoor condenser - even pressure washing the interior - inspected the interior furnace, helped us navigate some of the less than user-friendly features of our programmable thermostat, and even used an infared device to inspect the efficiency of our exterior wall's insulation. All this for less than one-third our previous well advertised vendor. Check out this rare gem the next time you need the heating & air inspected or fixed.

I was put in touch with Thrasher's HVAC after four different companies could not "solve" my HVAC problems. All of the prior companies would come, "charge up" the system and never fix the problem. Thrasher's came and stayed until almost 1 am to actually fix the problem. This gentleman is not there to obtain a quick service charge. He genuinely tried to fix the issue and was able to do so. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
