Billy and Blake were awesome. I know nothing about HVAC, so I'm changing filters, changing batteries, looking for frozen areas etc. They got here sooner than I planned, and within 5 minutes found a snake in my condenser. Removed it, A/C is working like a dream. Don't even think they were here 15 minutes.

Then they go check out the unit and make some suggestions that could save some money in the long run, but by no means made me feel obligated to move. Even found some issues that are of concern that I'm happy they found. In fact they were very adamant about getting a more in-depth inspection before making a decision which was very much appreciated.

Always such a professional experience when I use Carolina Heating and Air. I have paid for their yearly maintenance plan 2 years in a row and unfortunately just had to replace my whole unit at no fault of theirs, but I can promise you if I had to do it again, they would have my business. Will, Kale, Kelvin, and Jessie were courteous, professional, and walked me through the whole process including showing me pictures of everything they did afterwords. Very satisfied.

My AC went out on Sunday. I called and spoke with the emergency services operator and she was very helpful and informative. She scheduled me for Monday; she offered same day service but I decided I could wait to save the extra money. They made my visit a priority since I was without AC. She explained their maintenance plan and benefits and I signed up for the savings and peace of mind. The technician called to let me know when he would be here and he was right on time. Andrey is very professional and he explained everything he was doing. He also pointed out some things that weren’t correct with my AC installation (my home used to be a rental and I have discovered many things that aren’t up to par). He installed a fitting at no charge to prevent a possible fire hazard. The discounts from joining the maintenance plan are more than worth it. I am thrilled to know they do electrical work, as well, and will have them come back to fix some other issues. Their prices are reasonable and the payment processing was easy. I received invoice and part warranty information within minutes. Andrey provided excellent service and answered all my questions, which were a lot. I highly recommend them for any HVAC and electrical work.

Chris was incredible. He was able to get out here a few hours after I called. I don’t know anything about HVAC units but Chris was nice enough to let me follow him around for a little bit and ask some questions. Great guy, highly recommend.

Jessie was our technician. He was very thorough and explained everything he did to the system. He was very helpful in answering questions that I had about the thermostat and system operation. He appeared to have a good understanding of the operation of my system.

We were recommended this company for our A/C needs and I am so glad we did. They were able to come out next day and arrived earlier than the appointment time. Katy was great in checking everything. Even being at work she called me to go over everything. Thank you Carolina Heating for your great service!

We had a HVAC unit go out during the 4th of July weekend. I called Carolina Heating Monday afternoon expecting to leave a service request on voice mail. A person actually answered the phone and we arranged a service call. The service technician Heather was able to come out within the hour and repaired the system. Heather was very professional, friendly and completed the repairs in a timely manner and kept me appraised of what she was doing and costs of the repairs as she was doing the work. There were no surprises and I am very happy with the work done.

Gary and his crew did a great job installing my standby generator. They were very professional and friendly which made me feel very comfortable. The installation work was done in a timely manner, and when I discovered that one of my breakers had failed for some reason during the installation, Gary came right back and replaced it free of charge.

Clone him. Very professional, polite, and above all knowledgeable. He has been here twice to fix two different problems, and to helped recommend a new system. I just love this old house!!!

Conner came to our house same-day as we called and installed a new toilet seal & water line for our upstairs bathroom. He was super friendly & professional. We are very pleased with the quality of their work & expedience. We'll definitely use them for future needs that we have!
