Don’t suggest working with this company, owner is a hot head , never had the right parts and everything you touch has either been mis wired by installers from Mexico who will have you chasing your tail with new home construction and refrigerant lines that are never pressurized during brazing. SERVICE TECHNICIANS STAY AWAY BETTER JOBS ARE OUT HERE, The owner will attempt to downgrade your skill set when the quality of work preformed by his installers is sub par. I will grade his company a 2 star just from the professional aspect he knows who I am

So we have a lennox AC unit that's about 3-4 years old. When our AC stopped working it gave us Smiths number to service it (so we're assuming they installed it). Appointment scheduled for the next day, tech came out. Told me it was a switch and they would order it and call to schedule the next appointment. A week and a half later we called to check up, part had come in, appointment two days later. New tech came out, said it was the wrong part, it was the control board that needed changing. Ok, waited another week and a half, CALLED THEM again, part was in, appointment the next day. No show. They somehow accidentally canceled the appointment, nothing they could do. Appointment the next day. Switched the control board to be told that still wasn't the main problem! Fan was out! At this point we asked a friend to come look at it, we had an appointment with his company on a Thursday, part was in and fixed (plus had to redo the wiring on the board that was wired incorrectly) Tuesday. Also Smiths sent someone to the house Monday night for an appointment we didn't have without the correct parts anyway! They never called us, we always had to call them and canceled appointments, and never was able to give us a timeline on parts. Won't be using them again.

I purchased a new home and paid for the annual service contract because Smith’s installed my HVAC unit. Unfortunately, the outdoor unit was installed just outside my master bedroom window. Due to the excessive noise, I inquired about a blanket that can be installed to reduce the noise. I called multiple times to inquire and finally received an answer that the blanket was ordered. I called again and was informed that the blanket had arrived, so I scheduled a service appointment. I waited during my scheduled appointment time from 8a-12p, and no one showed up or called to cancel. I’ve never received a call to follow up. I am unlikely to renew my annual maintenance contract.

I’ve been a customer with you from my new home a/c install and maintenance program for the past 10 years. I had a problem with my a/c not cooling and called to get them out to check it out and fix it. It was 4 days before they said they could get to me. When they came out the technician was in a hurry to get to his next appointment and didn’t fix my a/c and he didn’t know when he would be able to come back. Keep in mind that I had a scheduled appointment that I took off of work for. So when he left I called another company I knew about (a friend and old neighbor of mine) and he came out within the hour and fixed it in less than 30 minutes and also told me there was nothing wrong except it looked like it was wired to not work. I was with him the whole time he got out of his truck and when he left. He showed me what he saw and fixed it right in front of me and the a/c unit turned on and started working. I can’t prove that your technician did anything but that was pretty sketchy. So needless to say I want be using your company anymore or renewing my maintenance contract. Very disappointed with your company and the treatment of a loyal customer of 10 years when I could have been using my friend the whole time. Which I will be now.
