Low Country's Best Heating and Cooling

American Home Shield scheduled this place to come out today to repair my central a/c. Was unable to contact them ALL day. Very frustrating.
American home shield had to schedule another co., A1 Affordable. They already called me. Will be out tomorrow. I would NOT recommend Low Country Best (joke! ) to anyone. American home shield has been great.

Had to reschedule several times because they didn't bother to show up either time. Still currently waiting for service and they are not answering their phone. I've called ateast 20 times. Would not recommend. The house is freezing and they've been paid for weeks to fix the heating. No one has been in touch.

As a Technician that does heating air. I showed up to a client's house that had a system installed by Low Countrys "Best" Heating and air by her home warranty and it is the worst install I have come across. The unit is unlevel, the flashing has multiple gaps and not sealed. The supply is barely connected by tape and blowing under what they call a flashing. The breakers are incorrectly sized. The return is undersized. Client had to contact them more than once to have them pick up the left over trash! They didnt even put a flashing on it to start with and had the ductwork exposed for more than a month, and when they did come to do the flashing, they used existing metal that did not correctly line up since they used a different unit. I would never recommend this company for anything. Client states she spoke with a man named Tommy and all he said was the job was complete. If there was a way I could post the pictures of this job, I would so everyone would know to steer clear from this company!

Technicians were great but I was talked into getting a loan for the unit that was told was so wonderful and that they use the loan company all of the time. Was told it was a fixed rate blah blah. I read over, looked ok. It was winter and I was freezing so i did it. Months later I got a letter saying my promotional period was over and I now owed more in finance charges than what I paid for the entire until. Going to take a lifetime to pay this off. Feel so defeated

Wow this company is the WORST! They "ordered a part" that has "not come in yet" TWO MONTHS AGO. Technician didn't even understand our system and said he had never seen anything like it before. Lol, it's an average heating and cooling system. Close your doors. You suck.

These people are the worse and the guy mr Henry is full of sh__. He installed a new ac unit in my house now its winter he has my heat and ac running at same time my power bill 600 do not use these people

The technician was very professional and did and awesome job repair my shower..
