We had a problem with a delayed tank refill and Steve was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He had the parts on hand and was able to do the repair there and then. Quick, efficient, and a really high quality of work. Everything is working great now. Will certainly be using Cassell again and would like to specifically commend Steve for a job well done. Thank you!

It’s a federal holiday where most people are home with family. Kevin was a great help and thankfully here to help get our A/C back on track. We are new to the Cassell Bros family and we are already pleased with them.

As always, our technician was very professional, polite, and helpful. Trey did an excellent job explaining what was found and what our options were. He made the repairs we requested quickly and let us know what to do if we noticed any further problems. We have used Cassell Brothers for years. We had both of our AC units replaced by them in 2019 and would not recommend anyone else! Thanks, Trey!

My son found them while we were out of town. They met him at our house and handled everything over the phone with us. They had our air up and running in about an hour and a half. We signed up for the PM plan along with the repair. They didn’t try to sell us a new unit but fixed our 8 year old unit instead.

Brantley Stroud the technician from Cassell Brothers HVAC came to the house on the same day we called. When he arrived, he asked what was the unit doing and I explained the situation. He Immediately went to the compressor and he could hear the compressor not fully engaging. He went to the van retrieved his tools and checked the capacitor and it was dead. He checked the warranty and replaced the capacitor under warranty. Brantley is a great respectful technician and is a very professional employee of Cassell Brothers. Charles Lewis

The technician, Alwin, performed a thorough HVAC service. He showed up on time and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Great experience and would recommend to anyone!

Serviceman called at 8:55 to notify me he would arrive at 9:30. He arrived at 9:25. I showed him my problem and he was through at 10:35. Excellent work, pleasant personality, professional manner. I will be using his company again.
